West Aussies love our courses.

The flexibility of the role attracted me to work here,  If someone was thinking of applying with AusQ Training I would definitely say 100% do it!  You will be very surprised by the support you’ve got behind you here and by how quickly and well you can progress in the company.  Since I started here I’ve seen massive growth in myself both personally and professionally.  AusQ Training really encourages people to progress in the company.

Having previously worked in other industry-related roles, I have found moving into a training role has given me more autonomy and a better work-life balance!  AusQ Training has given me ample opportunities to keep up my industry currency due to having such a strong alliance with the industry, which has proven to be so beneficial to me.  I’ve progressed further to become an accredited Roadworks Traffic Manager (RTM) with the support of the company and the amount I’ve learned along the way has been enormous!   We are hard on problems, not people here and that creates a more fun work and career experience which I couldn’t be more thankful for!
