How to claim

Where you provide AusQ Training with information that indicates you or your employees are an eligible worker under the CTF, we will reduce your initial fee payment to the amount excluding the applicable CTF rebate amount.  If you are an approved account holder with AusQ Training, this means we can bulk bill your enrolments, allowing you to only pay the ‘gap’ for the training course and we will then take care of the required documentation and then claim the difference of the fee amount from the CTF.

During training participants, who have indicated they are eligible and claimed the subsidy will be required to complete evidence of their eligibility, this will include;

  • Course Details
  • Job Site Details

If the CTF after reviewing the information you provided, makes the final decision that you are not an eligible worker or evidence provided does not meet the eligibility criteria, AusQ Training will contact you and issue an additional invoice for the amount that is not approved.

If you are an individual you can claim directly to the Construction Training Fund upon successful competition of your training course.

The final determination regarding eligibility rests with the Construction Training Fund.
