Updated MRWA Daily Diary: Key Changes You Need to Know

As of 1 January 2025, any organisation implementing temporary traffic management on a Main Roads WA worksite must conduct video drive throughs (using a Dash Cam or similar) as per the inspection schedule, to record the implemented traffic guidance scheme. As a result of this change, the Main Roads WA Traffic Management Daily Diary template has been updated.

Why has the Main Roads WA Daily Dairy Template been updated?

As of 1 January 2025, any organisation implementing Temporary Traffic Management on a Main Roads worksite must conduct a video drive through to record the implemented Traffic Guidance Scheme (see section 5.2 of the
Traffic Management for Works on Roads Code of Practice). The Main Roads WA Daily Diary Template has been updated to now included these requirements. As a minimum, worksite Daily Diaries must be based on the Daily Diary Template on the Main Roads website.
