Competencies
Upon successful completion, all participants will be issued by AusQ Training RTO 52361 with the following nationally recognised Statement of Attainments:
RIICWD503E Prepare traffic management plans and traffic guidance schemes
AusQ Training is a Main Roads WA approved training provider therefore upon successful completion and meeting all the required Main Roads WA pre requisites participants will also receive a digital Main Roads WA Advanced Worksite Traffic Management (AWTM) accreditation (valid for 3 years).

At the completion of classroom training, there is a requirement to complete additional two assignments. These assignments will involve design TMPs. Assignments are estimated to take between two to three days (or 16-24 hours) each to prepare and submit.
Pre Entry Requirements
Participants are required to:
Provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
Have good English literacy and reading skills as training will involve reading work instructions, interpreting traffic guidance schemes, designing Traffic Management Plans, writing safety safety documentation and compliance audit reports
Have good computer processing, internet and email skills
In order to meet Main Roads WA requirements, participants MUST:
Hold (or have held) an Australian Driver’s Licence
Have evidence of being issued with a valid Worksafe WA Construction Safety Awareness Training Card (blue card) or Construction Induction (White Card)
Hold a current Main Roads WA Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) accreditation
Hold a current Main Roads WA Worksite Traffic Management (WTM) accreditation
Hold Statement of Attainment in RIIWHS201D Work safely and follow WHS policies and procedures or equivalent
Hold Statement of Attainment in RIIRIS402D Carry out risk management process or equivalent
Have documentary evidence of at least 1 year practical experience in traffic management OR; have documentary evidence of at lest 2 year’s practical experience in road construction/maintenance
Details of a minimum of three (3) worksites with a supervisor’s contact details that can be verified. Details required to provide will include date of work, site location and suburb, description of works, contractor, and supervisor name and contact details
Completed and signed SWMS used on a worksite by the applicant
Minimum one (1) signed daily diary of a worksite you have implemented or details of the TMP number, contractor etc to be verified by the RTO
Documentary evidence of experience must include at least three (3) TMPs that the applicant has prepared, endorsed or approved that have been implemented at a worksite
The above listed requirements and evidence must be supplied with your enrolment. This is required to allow issuing of a Main Roads WA accreditation at the successful completion of the course.
