Do you have or follow a Traffic Management Policy and Procedure?

Is your Traffic Management Plan (TMP) designed by an Advanced Worksite Traffic Management (AWTM) person AND has it been under review by a secondary person?

Do you have easy access to or provide access to your employees the latest traffic management legislation documents? (such as Main Roads WA Code of Practice, Australian Standards, Austroads Guides for Temporary Traffic Management)

Can you or your team easily put your hands on records from a completed worksite from 3 years ago?

Do you carry your digital or hard copy Main Roads WA Traffic Management accreditation card at all roadworks sites AND are these checked prior to work commencing?

Are the TMPs that you implement or prepare, done so in accordance with the Main Roads WA TMP template?

When scheduling Traffic Controllers, have time provisions been made to safely undergo pre-start and site debriefs prior to commencement of work?

Do you have or follow a system for storing your traffic management worksite records such as Daily Diary, TMPs, SWMS etc?

Do you have a reminder system for when your traffic management accreditations are close to or due to expire? (eg - such as a training register)

Do you have at least one (1) person accredited in Advanced Worksite Traffic Management (AWTM)  or Worksite Traffic Management (WTM) available in your organisation to manage TMP modifications, contingencies and emergencies?
