Main Roads WA Road Safety Branch have released a new edition of the Main Roads WA Code of Practice Traffic Management for Events.  The changes included in the new edition are summarised in the ‘Amendment / Revision Status Record’ located at the front of the document. Road Worker Roulette

Main Roads WA has had to roll out crash barriers to protect it's crews during lane closures and it's still not enough! Normal practice for Main Roads would be to partially close freeways down but incidents in the past 12 - 18 months has forced them to trial full freeway closures. Watch Video
