As an AWTM working in local government I needed to do my reaccreditation via the Detailed TMP Review/Approvals Assessment pathway. This was well explained and delivered. The course material and structure was excellent and turnaround of the assessment of my submission was extremely quick. Very professional.
Upon arrival at the training venue, I was impressed by the polite helpfulness of the staff in general. The trainer started the session at the scheduled time and took care to familiarise us with how the course would be run. Timing of the whole course was good and content was practical and useful. The trainers experience of the industry was obvious and they engaged us by prompting comments from us. One aspect I found useful was that on the practical assessment the trainer gave us plenty of “bat time”. Overall I thought the training was thorough and professional and would have no hesitation in recommending AusQ Training.
